Chocolate Chiffon cake
Khun Jum's blog, it seems so much easier now. I'm really in love with chiffon cake now as the texture of the cakes stays soft and fluffy even after you put it in the fridge, unlike sponge cake which will harden a little as it contains butter. Will be making more of these in Melbourne if I can find all the ingredients.
